Here’s what Jameson Blake said about Barbie Forteza
Kapamilya actor Jameson Blake was asked about the real score between him and Kapuso Primetime Princess Barbie Forteza.
It is known to many that Barbie’s most recent loveteam partner is Kapuso actor David Licauco. Their tandem started unexpectedly in the series Maria Clara at Ibarra. From that, they were given more projects together.
However, during Barbie’s fun run stints, she was spotted with Jameson, and their sweetness was quite obvious. They would even hold each other’s hands comfortably. With this, fans started shipping them.
In a recent interview, based on the article in PEP, Jameson Blake was asked if he was not affected by the bashing coming from some netizens, especially from BarDa fans. Apparently, some fans were blaming him for the end of the BarDa tandem.
“Well, in general, naman, I’m not really so engaging in social media, yung mga ganyan, I don’t really pay attention,” Jameson shared.
Then, the actor said that whatever the public sees is what they get. He added that if people see them in photos happy, they are indeed happy.
When asked what could be the reason why he and Barbie were not yet admitting the real score between them, he said that it is just partly because of the actress’s existing loveteam, or it is just a part of the gimmick for their movie Kontrabida Academy.
“It’s not complicated like that, we just want super low key. We’re happy that way,” Jameson said. He was also asked if he is willing to do another project with Barbie, and he said that there is no reason not to. He likes working with Barbie because she’s very professional.
Then, the actor was asked if he could say that the actress is girlfriend material, and he said that it is too early to answer this. However, Jameson Blake highlighted the actress’s good qualities.
“She’s very polite, very professional, yun ang napansin ko sa kanya,” he said, adding that Barbie Forteza has a good work ethic, aside from being nice, engaging, and outgoing.
