K-pop star Tiffany Young is a guest judge for ‘All-Out Sundays: Veiled Musician Philippines,’ here’s what she has to say about the finalists
K-pop idol Tiffany Young made a special appearance on GMA’s All-Out Sundays as one of the powerhouse judges for Veiled Musician Philippines, joining Mark Bautista, Julie Anne San Jose, and Rita Daniela. The segment aims to discover the Filipino artist who will represent the country in the upcoming Veiled Cup Korea.
Tiffany received a warm welcome from hosts Rayver Cruz and Gabbi Garcia, and was greeted by loud cheers from her Filipino fans, known as the Young Ones. She expressed her heartfelt gratitude, saying, “Thank you so much for having me here. I was here back in July for my fan meeting tour, so it’s nice to be back.”
“This show is all about everyone coming out to represent their beautiful voices and I’m so glad you’re here to support it here with me. Thank you so much. I’m so excited and I’m shaking for them.”
Speaking to the Veiled Musician finalists, Tiffany offered words of encouragement and empathy, “I know how nervous you can get when you’re auditioning in front of a crowd for the first time. That was so beautifully done, thank you so much.”
As one of the judges, Tiffany admitted that choosing among the talented Filipino contestants was not an easy task. “I knew it was going to be tough, but I didn’t know it was going to be this tough.”
Asked if she believes the Filipino finalists have what it takes to excel in the Veiled Cup Korea, she responded confidently, “Absolutely, they have such an amazing chance to be the finalist if not the winner for the Veiled Cup.”
Tiffany also praised one of the standout contenders, Mr. Sensitive Songwriter, for his moving performance. “Wow, the tone, the rhythm, how he connects every note. The control was incredible. And you really, really took everybody’s breath away. Thank you,” she said.
She added, “You can tell he’s a songwriter, the way he connected to his lyrics and the whole arrangement.”
